Special Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 boxes Gerber's Zwieback crackers
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
3 lb. cream cheese
6 eggs
1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. flour
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. heavy cream
1 tsp. vanilla
juice from 2 lemons

Preparation

Crust:
Mix together Zwieback crackers, butter and sugar. Line bottom of cheese cake pan (9 1/2 x 3-inch).
