Butter Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Melt margarine in saucepan.
    Mix sugar and flour; add to margarine.
    Add milk; cook until thick like a gravy.
    Remove from stove.
    Add vanilla.
    Spoon some over your favorite piece of cake.
