Corn Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. white Shoepeg corn, drained
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    1 tomato, diced
    salt and pepper to taste
    just enough mayonnaise to blend all ingredients (about 1/4 c.)
    1 bell pepper, chopped (optional)
Preparation
    Mix everything together. Chill in refrigerator before serving.
