Drop Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sifted flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. heavy cream
Preparation
    Sift together dry ingredients.
    Add eggs and cream.
    Stir to mix (dough should be lumpy and soft).
    Drop from tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheet.
    Bake in hot oven (400\u00b0) for 15 minutes. Makes 12 large biscuits.
