Sour Cream And Chive Mayonnaise - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. vinegar or lemon juice
1 1/2 c. oil
2 Tbsp. sour cream
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives
Preparation

Combine egg, salt and vinegar in bowl of food processor, fitted with steel blade. Pulse just to blend.
With processor running, very slowly add the oil until the mixture emulsifies (or thickens). Add sour cream and chives.
Pulse again just to blend.
