Caramel Popcorn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 gal. unsalted popcorn
    2 c. brown sugar
    2 sticks butter
    1/2 c. Karo syrup
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cook syrup, butter and sugar for 5 minutes.
    Add vanilla and baking soda.
    Stir well.
    Pour over popcorn and mix well.
    Put in 2 baking pans and bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Stir every 15 minutes.
