Jalapeno Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. rice, drained
2 (16 oz.) cans creamed corn or 1 can creamed corn and 1 can whole corn
1 stick oleo
1 medium onion, chopped
1 c. chopped celery
1 chopped bell pepper
1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Cook rice.
Saute onion, celery and pepper.
Mix all together. Put cheese on top.
Put jalapeno to taste.
Put in hot oven until cheese melts.
