Whiskey Pralines - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 pats butter
1 c. or more pecans, chopped
1/2 c. milk
1 or 2 cooking spoons whiskey
Preparation

Cook sugar and milk over medium heat for approximately 10 minutes.
Do not stir.
Add butter, whiskey and pecans.
Whip until mixture hardens.
Drop by spoonfuls on wax paper.
