Beefy-Tortilla Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 (6-inch) flour tortillas
1/2 lb. ground chuck
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded 40% less fat Cheddar cheese
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. skim milk
3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. chili powder
Preparation

Coat bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie plate with vegetable cooking spray and line with tortillas.
Set aside.
Cook ground chuck in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat until browned, stirring to crumble.
Drain and pat dry with paper towels.
Combine meat, chilies, onion and cheese.
Stir well.
Spoon mixture into prepared dish.
