Ham Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. green pepper, finely chopped
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimento, well drained
    1 1/2 tsp. Creole mustard
    6 (6 x 4 x 1/8-inch) boiled ham slices
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except ham.
    Spread cream cheese mixture evenly on one side of each ham slice.
    Roll up and secure with wooden pick.
    Cover and chill.
    Carefully slice each roll into 1/2-inch pieces.
    Serve with toothpicks.
    Yield: 4 dozen.
