Light Summer Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. hamburger
    1/2 tsp. salt
    Vidalia onion
    zucchini
    tomato (fresh preferred)
    croutons (seasoned)
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat in salt (no oil or shortening).
    Drain on paper towel.
    Spray casserole with Pam.
    Layer zucchini slices (unpeeled), 1/2 of meat, onion slices, tomato chunks and croutons. Repeat layers.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan.
    Bake, covered, at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
