Barbecued Beef Ribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. beef ribs
1 c. catsup
1 c. water
1 stalk celery, cut fine
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 large onion, diced
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. paprika
flour
Preparation
-
Dip ribs in flour and brown.
Remove browned ribs from pan. Add the ingredients to the pan.
Add ribs.
Cover and simmer for 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 220\u00b0 or medium-low heat.
Turn once or twice.
