Rhubarb Shortcake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 stalks rhubarb, chopped
    1/2 c. orange juice
    2 tsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. honey
    1/2 c. strawberries, quartered
    1 pkg. sponge cake dessert shells or 4 puff pastry shells
    whipped topping
Preparation
    Mix together rhubarb, orange juice, sugar and honey.
    Simmer about 10 minutes until tender.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in strawberries.
    Cover and chill.
    To serve, spoon fruit mixture over shells and add topping.
