Stuffed Bell Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 bell peppers
    2 onions, chopped fine
    1 lb. ground meat
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 c. tomato juice
    seasoning to taste
Preparation
    Remove seeds and seams from peppers; boil 5 minutes.
    Brown meat and onions.
    Add rice and tomato juice.
    Simmer until thick; season.
    Stuff peppers with meat mixture.
    Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
