Seafood Wild Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. curry powder
    2 c. cold, cooked wild rice
    1/2 c. very finely chopped green pepper
    1 lb. whole medium cooked shrimp, drained and deveined
    cherry tomatoes
    parsley
    lettuce
Preparation
    Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder in a 2 1/2-quart bowl.
    Add rice, pepper and shrimp; toss.
    Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
    Spoon onto lettuce lined dish.
    Garnish with cherry tomato halves and parsley.
