Irish Potato Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. butter
1 c. milk
1 c. raisins or dates
1 c. walnuts
1 c. mashed Irish potatoes
3 Tbsp. cocoa
3 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs

Preparation

Mix ingredients and bake in layers.
Fill with marshmallow filling.
