Slovak Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
    salt and pepper
    milk
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    3 Tbsp. white vinegar
    dill weed, cut up fine
    2 Tbsp. flour (mix with a little milk to make a paste)
Preparation
    Boil 10 medium potatoes (diced).
    Cover with water to 1/2 of the pot.
    Boil until soft.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Add milk almost to top of pot.
    Bring to a boil again.
    Mix about 2 tablespoons flour with a little milk to make a paste.
    Pour into potato mixture.
    Bring to a boil to thicken it.
    Add 1/2 pint sour cream and dill weed, cut up fine.
    Heat through; don't boil.
    Add 3 tablespoons vinegar.
