Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. uncooked rice
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. milk
    1 finely chopped onion
    1 can mushrooms (plus juice)
    4 or 5 pork chops
Preparation
    Mix everything except rice and pork chops.
    Reserve 1 cup of liquid mixture; mix rice with remainder.
    Place in casserole with meat on top.
    Cover with remaining cup of liquid.
    Bake 1 hour covered at 350\u00b0.
    Uncover and bake another 15 minutes.
