Chocolate Mocha Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 tsp. coffee
    1/8 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. gelatin
    1/4 c. cold water
    1 c. cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
    9-inch baked pie shell
    nuts or shredded chocolate chips
Preparation
    Soften gelatin in water.
    Bring cocoa, coffee, salt, sugar, milk and cold water to a boil, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat; add gelatin.
    Cook until slightly thickened.
    Beat the cooked mixture until smooth.
    Beat cream.
    Add vanilla.
    Fold whipped cream into cooked mixture.
    Pour into pie shell and top with nuts or shredded chocolate chips.
