Vidalia Onion Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 large Vidalia onions
    2 sticks butter
    Parmesan cheese
    Ritz crackers (1 sleeve)
Preparation
    Slice onions and separate into rings.
    Saute until tender in 1 stick butter.
    Place in casserole dish and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Melt other stick of butter and mix with crushed Ritz crackers.
    Sprinkle buttered cracker crumbs over onions and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
