Summer Squash Surprise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    yellow summer squash
    onion, diced
    chicken soup
    8 oz. sour cream
    salt and pepper
    dash of nutmeg
    1/2 stick butter
    prepared stuffing
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Slice squash and cook with onion (just to crisp; drain, if necessary).
    Mix chicken soup, sour cream, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
    Melt butter and pour over 1/2 package of dressing.
    Save some to sprinkle on top.
    Place dressing in bottom of casserole dish.
    Add squash and onions.
    Top with sour cream mixture. Sprinkle with reserved dressing and Parmesan cheese, if desired. Bake at 350\u00b0 until hot through.
