Buttermilk Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all purpose flour
    1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1 c. blueberries
    1 c. non-fat vanilla yogurt
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients.
    Gently fold in blueberries.
    Combine yogurt and buttermilk; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.
    Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups two-thirds full.
    Bake at 400 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
    Cool 5 minutes before removing from pan to wire rack.
