Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Veg-All, drained
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    1 c. grated cheese (sharp)
    1 small onion, chopped fine
    1 c. mayonnaise
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all the ingredients together and put in casserole dish. Mix 1 roll Ritz crackers with 1 stick melted margarine and sprinkle over mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
