Waldorf Salad(Jellied) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. light or dark raisins
3 Tbsp. carrots, grated
3/4 c. red apples, diced (unpared)
3 Tbsp. walnuts, coarsely chopped
1 1/2 envelopes lemon flavored artificially sweetened gelatin
1/2 c. hot water
1/2 c. cold water
Preparation

Let raisins stand in boiling water; drain.
Combine raisins, carrots, apples and walnuts.
Divide equally into three individual molds.
Dissolve gelatin in hot water; add cold water.
Pour over mixture in the molds.
Chill until firm.
Serve on crisp lettuce leaf.
Yield:
3 servings.
