Rigatoni In Vodka Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans pear-shaped tomatoes
    1 c. vodka
    1/2 pt. heavy cream
    2 c. grated cheese (Parmesan)
    2 to 3 cloves garlic
    1 stick butter
    1 Tbsp. crushed red pepper
Preparation
    Melt butter and saute thinly-sliced garlic in saucepan.
    Drain juice from tomatoes and pour tomatoes into saucepan.
    Cook on medium heat.
    Boil for approximately 1 hour.
    Season to taste (basil, oregano, parsley, salt and pepper).
    While this is cooking, add crushed red pepper to vodka and soak for the hour.
