Mexican Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. rice
    1/2 c. onion
    1/2 c. green pepper
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 2/3 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. mild salsa (chunky style)
    dash of Tabasco
Preparation
    Saute rice, onion, pepper and garlic in oil until browned. Stir in chicken broth, salsa and Tabasco.
    Bring to boil.
    Cover, reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes.
