Plum Nutty Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. vegetable oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. self-rising flour
3 jars strained plum baby food
1 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Mix
oil
and
sugar; add eggs.
Sift flour, cloves and cinnamon;
add
alternately
with
plums.
Add nuts; mix well. Bake
at 300\u00b0 in lightly greased Bundt pan.
Cake is done when toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Very moist and tasty!
