Baked Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6-7 large potatoes
1 stick butter
1/2 c milk
1/2 lb mozzarella cheese, small cubes
2 tbsp hard salami, minced
1/2 c bread crumbs
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Peel potatoes and cut into 1 inch chunks.
Boil until tender. Drain.
Mash potatoes, then add 6 tbsp of the butter and milk. Whip until they are smooth.
Stir in the cheese and salami. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Use some of the
remaining butter to grease the sides and bottom of a high sided 3 quart casserole dish.
Coat the bottom and sides with bread crumbs. Spoon the mixture into the dish.
Dot with butter. Bake at 350\u00b0 until the top is golden brown.
