Chicken Piccata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless chicken breasts, cut in halves
    1 egg
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice concentrate
    1/4 c. flour
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. paprika
    1/4 c. margarine or butter
    2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon
    1/2 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Beat egg with 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Combine flour, garlic powder and paprika in another bowl. Dip chicken in egg, then coat with flour mixture. Brown chicken in margarine/butter in a skillet. Dissolve
    bouillon in boiling water and add to skillet with remaining lemon juice. Cover; simmer 20 minutes, until tender.
