Orange Sherbet Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (3 oz. size) pkg. orange Jell-O
1 c. hot water
1 c. fruit juice
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 c. sour cream
1 c. small marshmallows
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in hot water and fruit juice.
Add sherbet. Stir until melted.
Add fruit and chill.
Add sour cream and small marshmallows to fruit mixture.
Spread over gelatin.
Serves 12.
