Meat Loaf Italiano - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, beaten
    1 (8 oz.) can pizza sauce
    3/4 c. old-fashioned or quick oats, uncooked
    1/4 c. cold water
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    3/4 c. (3 oz.) shredded pasteurized process cheese
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves, crushed
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except 1/4 cup sauce. Shape loaf in a 10 x 6-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Top with remaining sauce.
    Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
    Makes 6 servings.
