Bluebarb Pie(Or Variation Of Peach, Apple, Strawberry.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 double pie crust
    3 c. 1/2-inch rhubarb pieces
    2 c. blueberries
    1/4 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Roll out the bottom crust and fit into a 10-inch pie pan.
    Mix together the fruit, sugar and flour.
    Pour this mixture into the crust and dot with butter.
    Roll out the top crust and place it over the fruit. Crimp edges. Cut a few steam vents with a knife or fork.
    Brush the crust with beaten egg and bake pie for 20 to 25 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Turn oven down to 350\u00b0 and continue baking for 20 minutes or more.
    Remove pie from oven and allow to cool.
