Ingredients

2 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. bran flakes
2 Tbsp. wheat germ
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
dash of salt
1 beaten egg
2 c. pineapple yogurt *
1/4 c. milk
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
2 Tbsp. light molasses
2 Tbsp. honey
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. chopped dates
Preparation

Stir dry ingredients in one bowl.
Stir wet ingredients in a second bowl.
Then stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients just until moistened.
Stir in raisins, dates and nuts.
