Donnybrook Oatmeal Cookies(Diabetic) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. softened butter or margarine
    4 tsp. Sweet*10
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 egg
    3/4 c. cold water
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. quick cooking oatmeal
    1/2 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Combine butter, Sweet*10, vanilla and egg in large mixer bowl; beat for 2 minutes, or until well blended at high speed of electric mixer, scraping bowl occasionally.
    Add water, flour, soda, salt and cinnamon.
    Beat at low speed for about 2 minutes, or until well combined.
    Stir in oatmeal and raisins.
    Dough will be soft.
    Drop from teaspoon, 2 inches apart, onto ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
    Store in refrigerator.
    Yields 36 cookies.
