Hancock'S Harbor Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lump backfin crabmeat
    chopped onion to taste
    chopped celery to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
    Old Bay Seasoning to taste
    white sauce
Preparation
    Fold crabmeat into white sauce.
    Roll into round cake shapes. Dip into egg and milk mixture, roll in \"Shake and Blend\" flour. Roll in Italian flavored bread crumbs.
    Deep fry until brown.
