Cornmeal Mush - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. yellow cornmeal
2/3 c. instant milk
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. water, divided
2 eggs
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients with 1/2 cup water to make a smooth paste. Add paste slowly to 1 1/2 cups boiling water, stirring constantly until the mixture is thick and bubbly (approximately 10 minutes). Remove from heat and stir in eggs.
