Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. persimmon pulp
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 Tbsp. lard
    1 c. sour milk (made by adding 1 Tbsp. vinegar to 1 c. sweet milk)
    2 eggs
    1 c. flour or enough for a thin batter
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Pour in a greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until done.
