Toasted Pumpkin Seeds - cooking recipe

2 c. fresh pumpkin seeds
1 1/2 tsp. melted margarine or oil
1 1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Separate the fiber from pumpkin seeds. Do not wash the seeds. Add the margarine or oil and the salt to the seeds.
Spread in shallow pan and bake at 250\u00b0 about 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes, until crisp and brown.
