Crock-Pot Apple Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 qt. fresh made sugar-free applesauce
    1/2 c. vinegar
    4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and put into crock-pot.
    Turn on high until boiling.
    Leave uncovered.
    After it's boiling, turn crock-pot to low for 24 hours.
    Seal in jars when cooked thick like darkened apple butter.
    Yield: 10 to 12 (4 ounce) containers.
