Braised Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (1/2-inch thick) rib chops or pork loin
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. apple or pineapple juice
    pan gravy
Preparation
    Cook pork chops over medium heat until brown; drain.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Reduce heat; pour pineapple juice on pork. Cover and simmer until done, 20 to 25 minutes.
    Remove chops to warm platter; keep warm.
    Prepare pan gravy.
