Marshmallow Fruit Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. grated orange rind, divided
    1 Tbsp. orange juice
    1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Set aside 1 teaspoon of orange rind.
    Combine the remaining 2 teaspoons of orange rind and next 5 ingredients in a bowl.
    Beat at medium speed of electric mixer until smooth and blended.
    Spoon into serving container and sprinkle with reserved orange rind. Serve with assorted fresh fruits.
    Yields about 1 1/2 cups.
