Pork Chop Plus - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 center cut pork chops without bones
    10 potatoes
    1 large can tomato juice
    3 Tbsp. garlic powder
    3 tsp. pepper
    3 tsp. salt
    3 large onions
Preparation
    Slice potatoes and onions thin.
    Place pork chops in bottom of large casserole pan.
    Place sliced potatoes and onions over pork chops.
    Add garlic powder, salt and pepper.
    Cover all ingredients with tomato juice.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 until potatoes are tender, about 1 1/2 hours.
    Serves 6.
