Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 c. cooked squash or 2 pkg. frozen
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. sharp cheese, grated
    1 1/2 c. crushed saltine crackers
    2 eggs
    2 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a baking dish, layer squash, onion, cracker crumbs and cheese.
    Repeat to make 3 layers.
    Mix egg, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over squash layers.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
