Fiesta Corn Bread (Quick Form) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pkg. Morrison's corn meal
    2 pkg. Martha White Mexican corn bread
    1 c. grated onion
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    2 pkg. Sweet One (artificial sweetener)
    1 (17 or 20 oz.) can corn, drained (save juice)
    4 jumbo eggs or 5 regular
    1 1/2 c. 1/2% milk
    1/2 c. bacon drippings
    1 1/2 lb. chunk cheese, grated ahead
    1 (1 lb.) pkg. low-salt bacon, fried crisp, drained and crumbled (save bacon grease)
Preparation
    Put all dry ingredients in large bowl.
    Beat eggs in separate small bowl; add milk.
    Beat.
    Pour into middle of flour (corn meal).
    Add corn, onions and bacon; mix well.
    If it seems too stiff to spread easily, add the corn juice.
