Chicken Spaghetti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 to 10 chicken breasts
1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/4 stick butter
4 cans cream of chicken soup
salt, pepper and jalapeno peppers to taste
2 to 3 c. shredded cheese
1 (16 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
1 to 2 c. chicken broth
Preparation

Cook chicken in water until tender; reserve broth.
Cut chicken into bite size pieces. Saute bell pepper and onion in butter.
Mix soup, salt, pepper and jalapenos.
Add to sauteed ingredients together with chicken and broth. Heat until hot. Cook spaghetti in remaining chicken broth. Drain and rinse.
In a large casserole dish, layer ingredients, starting with spaghetti, then sauce mixture, then generous amounts of cheese. Repeat layers, ending with cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes until cheese melts and is light brown on top. Serves 8 to 10.
