Pork Chop And Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 5 pork chops
2 cans biscuits
2 cans chunky chicken vegetable soup
Preparation

Brown chops in skillet in 2 tablespoons vegetable oil.
Drain fat and add chunky soup.
Cover and simmer on low for 20 to 30 minutes.
Remove lid and lay biscuits on top.
Cover and cook until biscuits are done.
Serve with baked potatoes or over rice.
