Potatoes And Carrots Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. sliced, peeled potatoes
    1 1/2 c. thinly sliced carrots
    1/2 c. chopped green peppers
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    2/3 c. milk
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup
Preparation
    In a greased 2-quart casserole dish, place potatoes, carrots, green pepper and onion.
    Combine half the cheese and remaining ingredients.
    Pour over vegetables.
    Gently toss.
    Bake at 350\u00b0, covered, for 35 to 40 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
    Top with remaining cheese.
    Bake, uncovered, for 10 to 15 minutes more.
    Yield: 6 servings.
