Crispy Bacon Shrimp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds medium peeled, deveined, raw shrimp
3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
3 Tbsp. oil
2 halved cloves garlic
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 sliced medium onion
1 Tbsp. parsley
dash pepper
1/2 pound bacon
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except bacon in a large bowl.
Cover. Marinate in refrigerator overnight.
Drain shrimp from marinade saving liquid.
Wrap each shrimp in a half slice of bacon.
Broil until bacon is crisp.
Cook marinade slowly down to 1 cup liquid. Put in a cup.
Serve shrimp surrounding liquid with toothpicks for dunking.
Serves 6.
