Great Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. light mayonnaise
1/4 c. plain nonfat yogurt
2 Tbsp. orange juice
2 tsp. sugar
2 apples, cut into chunks
3 stalks celery, chopped fine
1/4 c. raisins
2 Tbsp. sunflower seeds
7 oz. pineapple chunks, drained
Preparation
-
Mix the first 4 ingredients.
Pour over remaining ingredients. Toss and serve.
Refrigerate any leftovers.
