Lorraine'S Apple Strudel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. margarine
    4 to 5 apples, pared and sliced thin
Preparation
    Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Mix dry ingredients and add margarine.
    Blend well.
    Add eggs and mix well.
    Spread all but one cup in the pan.
    Use a wet spoon and push in place.
    Place apples in rows on the dough, not too many (makes the dough soggy). Sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.
    Form the last dough and rub between hands over the apples.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until the apples are soft, about 30 to 40 minutes.
